5 Ingredient Nutella Cookies

As we’ve mentioned before, several of us here have quickly become obsessed with Pinterest.  The other night I got a sweet tooth and didn’t have anything on hand to really satisfy it.  That’s when I turned to Pinterest to find my answer. I wanted something quick and easy that would get the job done.

That’s where the Nutella cookie came in. Nutella is one of the few new things that has sneaked its way into my kitchen this year. It is now on my staples list and must always be on hand.  These cookies I made have only 4 ingredients which let me know I was on the right trail. If nothing else, simplicity always beckons to me when a recipe is involved…..that’s probably why I work for eMeals, huh? Enjoy this simple & tasty treat!

Ingredients:

1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
Marshmallow Fluff (to taste)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingedients together well. Form into 1-inch balls.  Place on cookie sheet. Press down firmly with bottom of floured glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool.

Next time I make these I think I will use half the sugar…almost too sweet for me. I think I’ll also stir in some flaked coconut and maybe almond slivers. Then it will be like an almond joy!

Do any of these desserts have a Carb count? I am on the Low Carb diet plain and I am craving something sweet about now. Are there any recipes for desserts??

I really liked the cookies but for me they tasted more like brownies than cookies but they were still good :) I used two eggs though because they were a bit dry when i first used only one egg. I also added 1/2 c. of peanut butter chips for some more flavor and they tasted great!

Made these last night. Very good! Sprinked flour on top to make them look even more “home made.” Aldi has their own brand of Nutella for < $2. Yay!

Ok, i am confused, you say that you dont put flour in the cookies but the recipe calls for one cup all purpose flour…am I missing something?

I was stoked to make these! My step son and I love Nutella. I just took a batch out of the oven, and was disappointed. On the plus side, they’re super easy to make, but it seems like they’re missing something…
