Ingredients
  • 3 lb baby carrots with tops, halved lengthwise
  • 10 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together carrots, thyme, garlic, oil, and honey on two foil-lined
  2. rimmed baking sheets; spread in a single layer.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are beginning to brown and are tender.
