A Few of my Favorite E-Mealz Dishes in Pictures

Sometimes a picture speaks volumes more than words. Even though I don’t claim to be a great photographer, here are a few of my favorite E-Mealz recipes in pictures that I’ve had over the past year or so.

Creamy Potato Soup

Chicken & Spinach Pasta Bake

Asian Turkey Wraps

Deep Dish Pizza Casserole

Bundled Chicken

Cheeseburger Soup

Can you tell that I like comfort foods?  What have been some of your favorite E-Mealz recipes you’ve had?  We’d love to hear about them in the comments.

Laura, I love the French Dip sandwiches as well! I wish I had a picture of them to post. I think my husband and I start digging in so quickly that I can’t even think to snap a picture, ha!

I’m looking for feedback on the Crab casserole in the Low Carb Plan for 2, Has anyone made this yet. I’m concerned about the amounts on cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Seems like it might overpower the crab. Anybody made this yet?

Definitely doesn’t overpower the crab. That meal is definitely crabby. Depends on your taste buds, if that is a good thing or not. ;)

Just curious what plan the meals pictures in the blog are from? I just subscribed to the Portion control plan any store. So far my meals don’t sound as good as those…although I have not tired any yet. Hoping to get the store today to make my first meal. The meals sound great that I got, just what’s shown above might be better for me

      Hi Tracey!
I hope you love it as much as I do. I tend to go back and forth between the Publix for 2 plan and the Walmart low carb for 2 plan. Hope that helps!

          Jennifer, Sharon, and Karen,
Be looking for them to come up on your menu plans. If you are an E-mealz subscriber, then you are privy to these recipes that will most likely cycle through. Enjoy them when they do. Thanks so much.

Is there anyway to get the recipes? You are just teasing us. I am a subscriber and would love to have a couple of these recipes.

  4. Karen

I agree with Jennifer….I too am a subscriber and our family has found some great recipes, but recommended favorites are always great to have! Is there anyway we can get these recipes? Thanks!

I have been using e-mealz for about 6 months, and my family LOVES it. I am on the portion control menu, and I find that those meals have just the right balance for some one who is trying to be as health conscious as possible. Plus, my kids eat most of the meals!

However, there are recipes that are especially well received by my family, and they’ve asked for me to make these things again. I have NEVER seen a recipe duplicated, and there isn’t any way I can figure out that allows me to look up an archive of any previous week’s meals. Is there any kind of library of previous menus? Do we just have to save hard copies or wait for a recipe to come around again?

I’d appreciate some info on this, because I have read through everything I can see on the site, and this isn’t covered (I don’t think.) Thanks!

        Hi Meili,
So glad to hear your family is loving E-Mealz! We have a lot of subscribers who either save the PDF’s to their computer or print out hard copies and make recipe binders marking down their favorites by the recipe. If there’s one you’ve had recently, you can email feedback@e-mealz.com and tell them around when it was and what the meal was and they’ll be able to send you some. Hope you continue to enjoy!
