All You’s Peanut Butter S’Mores

Oh, peanut butter and chocolate, how we love you so. Especially together—with ooey, gooey marshmallows slightly charred from a campfire. You too? We thought so, which is why we’re sharing this sinfully good Peanut Butter S’Mores recipe from the eMeals + All You partner plan. For one thing, any dessert that can be eaten without the need for plates and utensils is a winner. (Hooray for zero dirty dishes!) Add to that the fact that it’s perfectly acceptable—if not a downright requirement—to be messy while you eat a s’more. Then add the fact that there’s chocolate involved. Ingredients
  • 8 regular-size dark chocolate peanut butter cups (3.1 oz total)
  • 16 graham cracker squares
  • 8 marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to high. Place a peanut butter cup on a graham cracker. Thread a marshmallow on a skewer; hold over grill until it has browned and softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Use another cracker to push marshmallow off skewer, onto peanut butter cup. Top with a cracker, pressing down.
  2. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
