I am recently (since July) on the Paleo diet but I am also diabetic, allergic to varying degrees for all veggies. I try to rotate the less allergic veggies, but I am allergic to wheat, corn, oats and dairy. I can have soy but I worry how it will affect my thyroid and estrogen. I have lost 26 lbs and need to lose 25 more! It’s so hard to find things to eat that are not boring!!

I have just started promoting emeals! I believe emeals is great, especially for moms/anyone who wants to cook, but does not enjoy planning!

This is fantastic! I have a grown daughter moving back home, along with her 3 children. I plan to have her take over the cooking, so I know that she will love using this program and letting my readers know about it!

This is a great idea but what if I’m trying to combine more than one plan. I’m vegetarian but need low carb for my cholesterol issue. Any ideas ? Thanks!

So excited about our new blog where we are focusing on gluten-free options our daughter who is on the autism spectrum. Adding eMeals to our routine would be a great way to help our family!

I want to be on the Mediterranean diet. I was looking it over and there were 3 meals with fish this week. My husband will not eat fish. I know I can change out the meals, but if I have to do that much work on it myself, will I be getting the benefit of emeals.

      Hi Nancy,

The Mediterranean meal plan normally has about one to two meals per week on average with seafood. You could easily substitute meat in any of the seafood dishes to suit your husband’s tastes. Hope that helps!

I am new to emeals, just three or four weeks in and am so excited about it. I tell anyone who will listen. Our family situation has changed and three of my four children are grown and out of the house. This has been the perfect time to change the way I cook, and it truly has set me free! I no longer even think about “what in the world am I going to fix tonight”! I shop the list and don’t even look at the menu until about 3:30 in the afternoon. I am committed to cooking every single meal, just as written; and often even the meals that sound like something we won’t like- turn out to be delicious! The great majority of meals have been well-liked and rated by the family at a 7 to a 10; only one or two meals so far did not go over well. Definitely plan to keep this up! Thanks emeals!
