    I am recently (since July) on the Paleo diet but I am also diabetic, allergic to varying degrees for all veggies. I try to rotate the less allergic veggies, but I am allergic to wheat, corn, oats and dairy. I can have soy but I worry how it will affect my thyroid and estrogen. I have lost 26 lbs and need to lose 25 more! It’s so hard to find things to eat that are not boring!!

    I have just started promoting emeals! I believe emeals is great, especially for moms/anyone who wants to cook, but does not enjoy planning!

    I want to be on the Mediterranean diet. I was looking it over and there were 3 meals with fish this week. My husband will not eat fish. I know I can change out the meals, but if I have to do that much work on it myself, will I be getting the benefit of emeals.

      Hi Nancy,

      The Mediterranean meal plan normally has about one to two meals per week on average with seafood. You could easily substitute meat in any of the seafood dishes to suit your husband’s tastes. Hope that helps!
