Breakfast Meal Plan: Toast with Peaches, Cream Cheese and Honey

Toast with Peaches, Cream Cheese and Honey
  • 4 ounces spreadable ⅓-less-fat cream cheese
  • 4 thick slices hearty whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 medium peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Spread about 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each slice of toast.
  2. Top evenly with peach slices.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    We have the vegetarian dinner meal plan and was excited to try the breakfast plan, but there are so many meats in the recipes. Please have a non-meat version…

    I’d like to try the Paleo meal plan and I would really like to add breakfast and lunch as well – but I’m unclear as to how the additional plans are made. Is there a PALEO lunch and PALEO breakfast menu? It wouldn’t make sense for me to purchase Paleo dinners and then have toast and cream cheese for breakfast! Thank you in advance:-)

      Alison, at this time we only offer 1 healthy breakfast and 1 healthy lunch option. We hope you enjoy our paleo dinner plan!
