Clean Eating Seven Day Challenge

Are you ready to start eating healthier but just aren’t sure where to start? Our 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge gives you a game plan, recipes, and a practical way to get in the habit of eating better. Clean Eating is a lifestyle based on the goal to remove all processed foods from your diet. The lifestyle consists of eating fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains and lean proteins.

3 Reasons to Eat Clean:

  1. Help control your weight- A diet high in fiver from fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans can help you feel full longer while eating fewer calories.
  2. Reduce your risk of chronic diseases- Low in fat, saturated fat, sodium and sugar, a clean eating lifestyle can reduce your risk of the top three leading causes of death in the US- heart disease, cancer and stroke, as well as diabetes and obesity.
  3. Ensure that you feel your best every day- A balance of whole grains, protein, and fiber helps you stay energized throughout the day and sleep better at night. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables means you’ll get more of the vitamins and minerals you need to help maintain a strong immune system and ward off illness.

I have an allergy to shellfish, and do not eat seafood at all. The clean eating menu looks like a good fit for our family, but not if it contains regular/frequent dishes of seafood. Can this be tailored (omitted) to suit our family?

It would be great to get this fixed for Chrome or let people know that it does not work in Chrome so that they don’t get as frustrated as me and head for the brownies to soothe their nerves!

      Hi Yaya,
We’ve heard from some users that the part at the top of the page that has the area to put in your email address to receive the challenge isn’t showing up in Chrome. Maybe try Internet Explorer or Safari.
