One Ingredient at Home Face Masks

Do you want to take better care of your skin but just don’t have the time or energy? Trust us, we fall in the same category so we decided to find a way for you to take care of your skin with simple ingredients you probably already have on hand in your kitchen! These items are frugal and are only 1 item  so you can keep things simple while getting the most bang for your buck!

Grab these items in your kitchen to whip up a mask in no time flat!

Banana: Bananas can soothe dry, irritated, and inflamed skin as well as help with acne.

Mash up a ripe banana into a smooth paste with a form, then gently apply it to your face and neck. Let it set for 10-20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water.

Yogurt: Yogurt case be used to cleanse your skin and tighten your pores.

Gently apply plain yogurt on your face and let it sit for about 20 minutes.

Mustard: Mild, plain mustard can soothe and stimulate your skin. Your skin should feel more smooth after the mask.

Try a small bit of mustard on a small test area first to make sure it will not be irritating. If it is not, rub a thin layer over your face and let it stay on for a few minutes before rinsing off.
