Basic Vinaigrette
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch sugar
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously until emulsified. Store in refrigerator for up to a month.
  2. Note: If your vinaigrette separates, just shake it up again before using.
