Meaty Veggie Roll-Ups
- 12 thick slices deli meat
- 1 cup sliced vegetables
- 12 chives, optional
- Place desired amount of vegetables on a piece of deli meat.
- Roll tightly, and if desired, use a chive to tie.
- Pack in a zip-top plastic bag or airtight container.
