Meaty Veggie Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  • 12 thick slices deli meat
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables
  • 12 chives, optional
Instructions
  1. Place desired amount of vegetables on a piece of deli meat.
  2. Roll tightly, and if desired, use a chive to tie.
  3. Pack in a zip-top plastic bag or airtight container.
