Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1⅓ cups milk
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour melted butter into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cardamom in a large bowl; add milk and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour flour mixture into baking dish, and top evenly with blueberries.
  5. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
