Combine pork, cilantro, rosemary, oil and garlic in a large zip-top plastic bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat grill. Remove pork from bag, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the meat reaches at least 165 F. on a meat thermometer.
