Clean Eating Herb-Grilled Pork

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Combine pork, cilantro, rosemary, oil and garlic in a large zip-top plastic bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat grill. Remove pork from bag, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the meat reaches at least 165 F. on a meat thermometer.
