eMeals has definitely changed my life. I have lost 46 pounds since last February due to eMeals and Weight Watchers on line.

I am 64 years old and have always struggled with my weight from time to time. My husband and children are all fit and I was the only one who wasn’t. I decided it was time to get serious about losing weight. I chose to use the Weight Watchers Online Program. Having been on Weight Watchers before, I knew that I needed that accountability and the tools they have to keep me on track with my food intake.

I have known the Park girls (Jane, Jenny and their sisters) for a long time. Their father, Micky, was my pastor for over 20 years. I am so thrilled for their success. I knew they had started eMeals, and decided to check out their many menu plans. They had one called Portion Control. So I selected the “For Two at Any Store” plan.

eMeals made it so easy to plan, shop and cook. The meals were delicious and easy to prepare because I had all the necessary ingredients at my fingertips. I didn’t have to think, “What am I going to eat today?” If you have ever dieted, you know the biggest problem that sabotages your diet, is standing with the refrigerator door open without a plan! That’s when bad choices are made and you eat food you shouldn’t. Eating regular food in controlled portions is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. I knew I couldn’t do the diets that restricted certain foods.

Being on WW, I would use their online food diary. I would record what I had for breakfast, and then record what I planned for dinner from eMeals. That made it easy to decide what I could have for lunch to stay within my daily points count.

I would recommend eMeals Portion Control Menus to anyone trying to lose weight. If you need to lose weight, no matter how young or old you are, please don’t give up. There is hope out there to help you feel and look better. I still have some weight to lose, but I know I will be successful with eMeals helping me stay on track!

Have you had a success story on one of our portion control, low fat, low carb, or other dietary needs plans?  We’d love to hear about it in the comments!

This company has really made my life easier and at the same time helped a 4 year old boy overcome some food issues he has had for a year.

My son was born with a congenital heart defect and has had 2 heart surgeries and countless hospital stays. I have not been able to organize my life during this time to include dinner for the family every night. I would over spend on food weekly only to come home with crap. I was going back and fourth to the hospital taking care of my son and not knowing what to do about my husband (who works a lot!) and my other 5 year old son for dinner.

This service has been amazing! Seriously the best $21 I have spent! I dont want to think about all the money I wasted before finding this program. Every night my son helps me cook and in the process he is slowly trying new foods. Tonight he ate……SALAD! Which is what compelled me to email. I seriously teared up watching him eat it . He loves getting the print out of the menu and helping me shop and then cook. Since his last heart surgery he has struggled with food. I have been so overwhelmed with his medical issues I just couldnt find the time to make a dinner plan. I didnt know where to start. And then I found this service!

    Thank you Thank you Thank!

I will make sure to tell everyone I know:)

This is exactly the type of information I needed to now about portion control. I think you could truly market to dieters if they knew how many calories where in each meal. Knowing that the portion control menu would be beneficial for those looking to count calories, plan meals, save money and time is like hitting the jackpot. The less stress involved in dieting the better. The only thing missing is the calorie count. I also use Spark People, and it does create low calorie menus and lists, but it doesn’t tie in the grocery store savings like yours does. Will there be any plans in adding calorie content at all? This way I really wouldn’t have to go back and forth between programs.
