eMeals has definitely changed my life. I have lost 46 pounds since last February due to eMeals and Weight Watchers on line.
I am 64 years old and have always struggled with my weight from time to time. My husband and children are all fit and I was the only one who wasn’t. I decided it was time to get serious about losing weight. I chose to use the Weight Watchers Online Program. Having been on Weight Watchers before, I knew that I needed that accountability and the tools they have to keep me on track with my food intake.
I have known the Park girls (Jane, Jenny and their sisters) for a long time. Their father, Micky, was my pastor for over 20 years. I am so thrilled for their success. I knew they had started eMeals, and decided to check out their many menu plans. They had one called Portion Control. So I selected the “For Two at Any Store” plan.
eMeals made it so easy to plan, shop and cook. The meals were delicious and easy to prepare because I had all the necessary ingredients at my fingertips. I didn’t have to think, “What am I going to eat today?” If you have ever dieted, you know the biggest problem that sabotages your diet, is standing with the refrigerator door open without a plan! That’s when bad choices are made and you eat food you shouldn’t. Eating regular food in controlled portions is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. I knew I couldn’t do the diets that restricted certain foods.
Being on WW, I would use their online food diary. I would record what I had for breakfast, and then record what I planned for dinner from eMeals. That made it easy to decide what I could have for lunch to stay within my daily points count.
I would recommend eMeals Portion Control Menus to anyone trying to lose weight. If you need to lose weight, no matter how young or old you are, please don’t give up. There is hope out there to help you feel and look better. I still have some weight to lose, but I know I will be successful with eMeals helping me stay on track!
