To get a sneak peek at our menu, we’re giving the Paleo Chocolate Pudding with Coconut Whipped Cream recipe to you guys to try out. This recipe and photo was given to us by one of our blogging partners, Heather at Multiply Delicious! Heather created this recipe due to her daughter’s love of chocolate pudding. She wanted to create a nutrient-dense chocolate pudding that she was happy serving and they were happy eating. The pudding receives it’s rich creamy texture from avocado’s, a surprise ingredient that you wouldn’t expect. Another surprise is that this recipe uses nothing but natural sweeteners. Everyone in the house is happy when this Paleo-friendly dessert is served.
