Foods That Improve Your Mood

E-Mealz, health foodsAre you feeling a little down in the dumps or maybe just a bit run down?  Believe it or not, the food you eat can actually help lift your mood. The Ririan Project claims that foods can actually play a part not only in your well being, but  how you feel as well.

Here’s a list of a few items that can help turn that frown upside down:

-Milk

-Chocolate (Now that’s some good news!)

-Whole grain rice or pasta (If this isn’t your cup of tea, try slowly adding 1/4 of your pasta batch to be whole grain, then a 1/2 a batch and so on.)

-Broccoli

-Coffee

-Turkey

-Blueberries

Perhaps the best news from this article is the last food.  Apparently any food that tastes good to you can lift your mood because it stimulates the release of endorphins.  Now that you know a few foods that can liven your mood up, go enjoy some of them!
