Healthy Snack: Black Bean Dip with Veggies


Black bean dip can be purchased in the prepared food section of many grocery stores or make your own. Blend canned black beans with olive oil, lime juice, garlic and cumin for a Mexican-inspired dip for fresh veggies. Leftover dip can be spread on whole wheat tortillas with lettuce and chopped veggies for a portable lunch wrap.
