Healthy Snack – Nuts ‘n Seeds Chocolate Trail Mix


Trail mix is a classic snack for a reason – the nuts and seeds provide healthy fat, protein and fiber as well as several vitamins and minerals, while dried fruits like cranberries contain antioxidants that help keep the body healthy. Add dark chocolate chips for sweetness plus additional antioxidants. Just remember to watch your portions and stick to a 1/4-cup serving.
