Homemade Mocha Frappuccino

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups crushed ice
  • ¾ cup fat free milk or fat free half and half for a richer flavor
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except whipped cream and walnuts) together until mixed thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and chopped walnuts.

If you don’t have an espresso maker, never fear! You can use strong coffee to replace the espresso. Just use 1/2 a cup of coffee and cut back on the milk if you need to.

The 2oz espresso, is this already brewed or are we just using 2 oz grinds? This sounds silly, I’m thinking 2 oz brewed… just want to double check!
