The great thing about this Homemade Mocha Frappuccino is that it’s so customizable. You can make it as gourmet or as simple as you want. You can cut out calories with FF milk, go low carb with half and half, add in different flavors like vanilla or caramel and truly enjoy something that you know exactly what went into it!
- 1½ cups crushed ice
- ¾ cup fat free milk or fat free half and half for a richer flavor
- 2 oz espresso
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Chopped Walnuts
- Blend all ingredients (except whipped cream and walnuts) together until mixed thoroughly.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and chopped walnuts.
If you don’t have an espresso maker, never fear! You can use strong coffee to replace the espresso. Just use 1/2 a cup of coffee and cut back on the milk if you need to.
