Here are three tips to make this recipe your own:

  1. Don’t have baby spinach on hand? No problem. Baby spring mix or baby arugula would work well too.
  2. Try the homemade basil-mayonnaise mixture on other sandwich combos too. It’s fresh and light for spring. Use olive oil mayonnaise or reduced-fat for less calories.
