Jane’s Favorite Guilt Free, Fat Free Recipe

E-Mealz, appetizer,Black Eyed Pea Cavier

3 stalks celery – finely chopped

3 stalks green onions – sliced

1 whole red bell pepper – chopped

1 whole cucumber – peeled, seeded, chopped

1 cup chopped ciliantro

2 cans black eyed peas – drained

¾ cup Fat Free Italian dressing

Combine all together. Eat with Fat Free Pita Chips or Baked Tostitos Scoops.
