Jazz up your Healthy Snacks with Granola

Granola was first created in 1863 by baking Whole-wheat flour into sheets, breaking it into pieces and baking again.  Today granola is rolled oats with honey that comes in many different flavors to please everyone’s palate. It is a great way to jazz up snacks for kids and give those simple treats a creative crunch.  It is a great source of fiber, vitamins and minerals that are hidden in a tasty treat.  eMeals shares some of our favorite granola treats below; we would love for you to share some of yours as well.

    I would love to see some recipes for making granola! I have recently started buying it in the organic bulk section at Kroger & could probably make it cheaper but have no idea how!
