National Ice Cream Day

Ronald Reagan declared July as National Ice Cream Month in 1984 and then declared the third Sunday in July as National Ice Cream Day. As always, we’re looking for any excuse we can find to break out our spoons and ice cream, so this seems like a great holiday to enjoy pronto! You can look on our blog this week for lots of ideas, competitions, recipes and more that all incorporate our favorite summertime treat!

To celebrate, how about we take a trip down memory lane and enjoy some of our best ice cream treats here on the eMeals blog?

OMG! All these look wonderful. I especially like the idea of the Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich, and would love to know what is in Leprechaun Punch.
