BIG NEWS! After hearing many requests for a lunch menu, we are adding one to our lineup. Emeals new lunch menu will be formatted the same way as our dinner menus with a shopping list and then 5 lunches for the week including sides for a balanced, nutritional lunch.

These delightful turkey pinwheels are just as tasty as they are cute. We think kids and big kids like ourselves will enjoy them! Pair them with some refreshing grapes & cool carrots for a filling and nutritious lunch!

  • Β½ cup salsa
  • 4 whole wheat flour tortilla
  • 12 thin slices deli turkey

I have been looking forward to something like this. I love your meal plans the best out of your competition, and I’m sure your lunch plans will soar as well. I am curious about pricing!

I see that eMeals are available for Groupon Purchase for Dinners AND Lunches. I’m highly interested in this deal to try this with my 3 children who are all preschool to 2nd grade ages. I’m most interested in the lunch options, however, I don’t want to activate my account until Lunches and Dinners are available online. Is there a for sure timeline of when Lunches will be made available? Looking forward to using this service… I’ve been on the fence for the last 18 months, and the Groupon was just enough to make up my mind! Thank you.

We are working to have it up on our website as soon as possible. Keep a watch on our site and we’ll let you know when it’s available.

For now, the lunch plans will be geared towards a general diet. Thanks for asking–we hope you can modify it to fit your needs.

Just joined yesterday, did a single dinner (aldi’s) and a lunch from your back-to-school packet. Conclusion: HUGE hit! Brown bagging hubby, 2 preschoolers, and a Mom/newborn pair (mom eats with 1 hand and on the go-go-go!) all give it a big thumbs up! The rest of the week looks easy and yummy too. We will be adding the lunch subscription to our account the day you offer it!

Love this new option! I’m a busy mom with 3 school age children and a daycare provider so I’m very excited about this.

My family switched over to the clean eating menu a few months back and with the lifestyle change we’ve eliminated many of the processed pre-packaged foods from our home. I’ve been looking for healthier options for my girls lunches this upcoming school year to fit our new way of eating and this will most definitely simplify things. This will also be perfect for my daycare as well vs. serving the typical quick and easy heat and serve stuff (i.e. chicken nuggets and corndogs) I have in the past. Thanks Emeals!

With the meal plan you guys have posted as an example on the website, is that meal plan for one child or for multiple children?

      Hi Heather,
The plan is for a family of 4. You can use it for kids or adults and tailor it to your needs however you see fit. Enjoy!

Love the lunches, working on making it fit dietary needs, but would love it if you would incorporate gluten free since some of it is difficult (I haven’t found a tortilla that rolls yet! LOL)

How do I get this plan? I keep looking on the website but I am not seeing it. I even tried to add an additional subscription and it did not come up. I would really like this for the upcoming school year.

I think that as a member, it would be nice to have a discount rate for a 2nd meal plan or lunch plan. It would be nice to look at at least two menus and decided which one sounds better for the week.

      Hi Laura,
The price will vary based on your store, but it should average around $50/wk or less than $3 per person per meal.

Been looking for something like this! even yesterday I was hungry and thought something like this would be wonderful. especially considering I work two jobs and go to school. not having to buy snack every day would be wonderful! and not having to really think about what to do with food is so helpful.

Definitely interested in this. πŸ™‚ Going to talk to my boys and see if this would be something they’d like to try. The menu price is just right for an “try it out”.

Thank you. Also, loving the DIY posts lately too.
