On the Menu This Week: Easy Baby Back Ribs

Easy Baby Back Ribs from eMeals

Happy Fourth of July, friends! This week, we’re in the celebratory spirit with these Easy Baby Back Ribs. Baby back ribs are often on sale during holidays, and contrary to what you might think, can be really easy to cook. These are rubbed with a three-ingredient spice mixture and popped into the oven for a few hours–and that’s it! Pull them out when company arrives, and you’re done.

Store-bought barbecue sauce makes it easy to customize this recipe to suit your family’s tastes. Like things spicy? Try a sweet-and-spicy ‘cue sauce. More traditional? No problem. Using your family’s favorite sauce means this recipe will fit exactly what you need.

From all of us at eMeals, we hope you have a safe, happy, and yummy Fourth of July. Don’t forget to tag us in your social media posts (#emeals) and show us what you’re cooking!
